La Grange is a well appointed three bedroom former Normandy family home set in over half an acre of secluded garden - mainly lawn although with some fruit trees. Delightful shrub and flower borders surround the house. Ample off road parking is available.

The gite is within the tiny hamlet of Hameau Ribet, forming part of the commune based on the nearby village of Le Valdecie, Normandy. Being on the southern edge of the hamlet all of the main windows look out over farm and woodland where no other properties can be seen (or heard).

The accommodation provides one Bathroom (bath and separate shower) and a large downstairs Cloakroom. A Balcony overlooking the garden opens off the main Bedroom. The ground floor comprises a spacious Kitchen Diner and large Sitting Room with an open stone fireplace. In addition to the gas hob and electric oven the Kitchen is fully equipped. Crockery and cutlery for six, a Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. The dining area opens directly onto a patio provided with a large table, garden chairs and gas BBQ.

Everything you need is within this rental except, please bring your towels and bed linen (English pillow cases, bottom sheets and duvet covers - two single and two King size)

The gite is within five minutes drive of the nearest Normandy Bakery, less than ten minutes drive to the supermarkets in Barneville and Bricquebec and only fifteen minutes drive to the Normandy beaches at Barneville-Carteret and Port-bail.

In addition to the weekly holiday home rental cost a refundable £100 Damage Deposit is payable at the time of booking - returnable - by cheque / by post - within ten days of vacating the property.
